I am so disappointed. I have been working out regularly for almost 6 weeks now, and when I weighed myself this morning, I was back up to the weight I started at. I know part of that may be because it is my time of the month, but still. It makes it hard to keep doing something I don't like doing all that much when it doesn't seem to do any good anyway.

Cynthia, remember muscle weighs more so don't be put off by what the scale says, how do your clothes fit and how are you feeling, that is a way better indication. I am praying for you in your journey to a slimmer you ;)
i've been working out regularly since March 08 and i've lost whopping 15 pounds! don't let the scale determine your success! i've been stuck between 192-197 for a year because i don't watch what i eat....but my body has changed so much for the better. Don't give up!
